At caryva, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent delivery experience for every customer. All U.S. orders are handled with care and shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable service.
Estimated Delivery Schedule
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The standard timeline for U.S. orders is:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days in total
Prices, Taxes & Currency
All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and state regulations. Caryva is not responsible for additional import duties or fees applied outside the U.S.
Shipping Cost
We offer Flat Rate Shipping for all U.S. orders.
A $14 flat shipping fee will apply per order, regardless of the number of items purchased or delivery location within the United States.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before confirming payment.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the most efficient available route. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Product Condition & Responsibility
All items are shipped in brand-new condition and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Caryva is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss after the shipment has been successfully delivered to the provided address.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Caryva is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unverified addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipping if a package is returned to us.
Address Modification
If you need to modify your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@caryva.store. We will make every effort to update your address before the order is processed. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@caryva.store. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Tracking Updates
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page or the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Delays or Exceptions
Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier capacity, customs inspections, or high-volume periods. Caryva is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control but will always assist in tracking and resolving any shipping concerns.
