1. How long does shipping take?
Orders within the U.S. are typically delivered within 5–8 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for processing and 4–6 business days for transit.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to our Track Your Order page.
3. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact support@caryva.store. We’ll check the shipping status and assist you immediately.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, caryva ships orders within the United States only.
5. How much is the shipping fee?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $14 for all U.S. orders, regardless of size or quantity.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition. Please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
7. How do I return a product?
To initiate a return, email us at support@caryva.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and the return address.
8. Are there any return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
10. What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns for handbags, shoulder bags, or tote bags that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery. Please review our Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items section in the Returns Policy.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, we also accept payments through PayPal for customers who prefer a secure third-party checkout option.

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL technology, ensuring your personal and payment details remain fully protected.
13. Can I pay using another currency?
All prices on caryva are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
14. I’m having trouble completing my payment. What should I do?

15. How can I care for my handbag?
Wipe your bag gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, machine washing, or prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture.
16. Do you offer warranty or repairs?
We currently do not offer warranty or repair services. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, contact support@caryva.store within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

18. Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipping, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

No, Caryva operates exclusively online, allowing us to keep prices fair and competitive while offering nationwide delivery.
