Returns shipped without authorization may not be processed.

Items should not be shipped before receiving written approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or an incorrect item. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery. Caryva is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. Items must be shipped within the timeframe provided after approval.
Return Procedure

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos showing the issue, packaging, and labels may be required for verification. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for resolution. Each case is reviewed individually based on the evidence provided. Items Not Eligible for Return
At caryva, each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to maintain quality standards.
However, due to the nature of fashion accessories, certain items are non-returnable once delivered.
We cannot accept returns for:
Handbags, shoulder bags, or tote bags that show signs of wear, use, or handling after delivery
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alteration
Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
Products returned with stains, odors, or missing components (like straps, zippers, or inserts)
These restrictions ensure product authenticity, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.
Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are only available for items confirmed as defective or incorrect. Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of approval. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Exchanges are not offered for preference-based or change-of-mind reasons. All exchange requests follow the same verification process as returns.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a bag due to a change of mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The handbag must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any included accessories such as straps, dust bags, or inserts. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Requests submitted after the 14-day window or items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not be approved. Each request is carefully reviewed for eligibility to ensure a consistent and fair process for all customers
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we begin processing the refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, ensuring a secure and consistent transaction. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law, and any delays caused by financial institutions are outside our control.
Delayed Refunds
