At caryva, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent delivery experience for every customer. All U.S. orders are handled with care and shipped through trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable service.

Delivery Timeframes

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The standard timeline for U.S. orders is:

Handling Time1–2 business days.

Transit Time: 2–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated timeframe is 3–5 business days.

Delivery Charges

A flat shipping fee of USD 14 is applied to all orders shipped within the United States.
The shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Product Condition and Customer Responsibility

All items are shipped new and unused, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Products are packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for proper use and care of the product after delivery. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations is not considered a product defect.
Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. Any delivery-related issues must be reported according to the Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing and Tax Information

All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and state regulations. Caryva is not responsible for additional import duties or fees applied outside the U.S.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers can request changes to their shipping address only before the order has been processed and shipped.
To update your address, contact support@caryva.store as soon as possible with your order number and correct details. Once the order is in the processing or shipping stage, we may not be able to modify the address, and the order will be shipped to the original address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or returns resulting from incorrect or late address change requests.

Shipping Providers

Orders are shipped using established third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier selection is determined based on the delivery address, shipment requirements, and carrier availability at the time of dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number is issued and sent to the customer using the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Carrier performance, delivery schedules, and tracking updates are managed by the respective shipping provider.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may experience delays or be returned by the carrier.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate address information.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of the package. Customers should inspect the package upon arrival.
If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@caryva.store with your order number and relevant details, including photos if applicable. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery confirmation. Responsibility for the package remains with the carrier during transit.

Order Cancellation Requests

Orders can be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team promptly at support@caryva.store with your order details. We will confirm whether the cancellation can be completed.If the cancellation is approved, any payment already made will be refunded according to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipment Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page or the carrier’s website.

Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Delivery times provided on this website are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. These can include, but are not limited to:
